Within the framework of the Public Investment Budget 2019, The Mayor of Mundemba Council, Contracting Authority, hereby launches an OPEN NATIONAL INVITATATION TO TENDER for the FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A BLOCK 0F TWO CLASSROOMS AT GS MUNDEMBA II, NDIAN DIVISION

The works comprise the output of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the technicai specifications and the quantitative estimates

The preliminary works to be done is estimated at the cost of 23,000,000 (Twenty three million) FCFA.

The tender is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterpriaes that fulfill the requirements of this invitation to tender.

The works which foret the subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by Public Investment Budget of the 2019 financial year; Budget Head No. 53 15 197 01 641936 2222 821

Each bid drafted in English or French in Seven(07) copies including the original and Six (06) copies marked as such, should reach the General Secretariat of Mundemba Council not later than 09/07/2019 at 10:00 a.m local time and labeled

The maximum period provided for the execution of the works is fixed at (03) three months.

Each bidder must include in his/her administrative documents a bid bond issued by a first rate bank approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and recognized by COBAC (Commission Bancaire pour l'Afrique Centrale) featuring on the list in Document 10 of the tender file of an amount of Four Hundred and Sixty Thousand (460, 000) FCFA with a validity period of thirty (30) deys from the date the bids are opened.

Under penalty of rejection, the required administrative documents must be imperatively produced as original documents or photocopies certified as authentic by the issuing authority, in accordance with the Speclal Regulations of the invitation to Tender, within the Iast three months, otherwise they shall not be accepted.

Any bid not in compliance with the specifications of this tender notice and file shall be declared inadmissible. Notably, the absence of the bid bond issued by a first rate bank approved by the Ministry in charge of finance or its non-compliance with the model documents of the tender file shall lead to outright rejection of the bid without any possibility of appeal.
