hereby launches an Open National Invitation
to tender by emergency procedure FOR
THE CONSTRUCTION OF A VIP
TOILET WITH 02 COMPARTMENTS
OF 04 SQUATTING HOLES AT
IDABATO 2.

The works comprise the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the technical specifications.

The estimated cost alter preliminary studies is 12 111 500 FRS

Participation is open to duly le Cameroonian enterprises that fulfill requirements of this invitation to tender

Services which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be funded by the Public Investment Budget of the 2019 financial year budgetary head

The file may be consulted during working hours at the Secretariat of the Mayor of Idabato Council as soon as this notice is published.

The file may be obtained from the office of the secretariat of the mayor of Idabato council as soon as this notice is published upon presentation of a treasury receipt attesting to the payment of a non-refundable fee of 30.000 FCFA, payable at the Idabato council tresury.

Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies including the original and six (06) copies marked as such, should reach the secretariat of the mayor Idabato council

The maximum deadline provided by the Project Owner or Delegated Contracting Authority for the execution of the works

Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document tke Tender File, of an amount of  242230 FCFA  and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids

Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies including the original and six (06) copies marked as such, should reach the secretariat of the mayor Idabato council

The bids shah be opened in a single (01) phase on the18/07/2019 at 11 am local time by the Internai Tenders Board of the Contracting Authority in the Conference Hall of the Idabato Council. Only bidders may attend or their duly accredited representatives with Power of Attorney.

The technical score is less than the minimum required;

It has any fake or forged document; h lacks any quantified unit price;

It carries any false information.

The bidder has antecedents of abandoned or uncompleted projects.

ii. . Main Qualification criteria

The criteria for qualification of candidates should be on the following:

• Access to credit or other financial sources (6 million francs at least) Yes / No
• References of similar jobs; Yes / No
• Availability of material and essential

equipment                 Yes / No

• Experience of supervisory staff Yes / No
• Methodology              Yes/No
  • Turnover as in business license above or equal to 6 million francs CFA;
  • Qualified personnel relevant to the job.

Non-respect of two (02) of the above criteria shall entail rejection of the bid.

The Contract shall be awarded to the contractor fulfilling the technical and financial conditions

Bidders will remain committed to their bids for ninety (90) days from the deadline set for the submission of tenders
