launches an Open National Invitation to
tender by emergency procedure FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF A VERTINARY
AND ZOO-TECHNICAL CENTRE AT
IDABATO 2

The works comprise the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the technical specifications.

The estimated cost after preliminary studies  is 30 000 000 FRS.

Participation is open to duly le_galized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfill t re_quirements of this invitation to tender

Services which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be funded by the Public Investment Budget of the 2019

financial year budgetary head

Each bid drafted in En_glish or French in seven (07) copies includin_g the ori_ginal and six (06) copies marked as such, should reach the secretariat of the mayor Idabato councilnot later than 19/07/2019 at 10 am andshould carry the inscription:

The maximum deadline provided by the Project Owner or Delegated Contracting Authority for the execution of the works forming the subject of this invitation to tender is Four (04) months

1. 7.         Bid bond

Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate bankin_g establishment approved by the Ministry in char_ge of finance and whose list is round in document No. 12 of the Tender File, of an amount of 600 000 CFAF and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids

The bids shall be opened in sin_gle ₍01₎ phase on the 19/072019 _{at 11}  am local Internai by the Inteal Tenders Board of the Contractin_g Authority in the Conference Hall of the Idabato Council. Only bidders may attend or their duly accredited

The bidder has antecedents of abandoned or uncompleted projects.

ii. . Main Qualification criteria

The criteria for qualification of candidates should be on the following:

v Access to credit or other financial sources (15 million francs at least) Yes / No

• ·:• References of similar jobs; Yes / No Availability of material and essential

equipment                  Yes / No

v Experience of supervisory staff Yes / No

• Methodology                 Yes/No
• Turnover as in business license above

or equal to 15 million francs CFA;

v Qualified personnel relevant to the job.

Non-respect of two (02) of the above criteria shall entail rejection of the bid.

The Contract shall be awarded to the contractor fulfilling the technical and financial conditions.

Bidders will remain committed to their bids for ninety (90) days from the deadline set for the submission of tenders
