The works comprise the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the technical specifications.

The estimated cost after preliminary studies is 25 000 000 FRS

Participation is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfill the requirements of this invitation to tender.

Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies including the original and six (06) copies marked as such, should reach the secretariat of the Kombo Itindi Council Tenders Board not later than 20/06/ 2019 at 10 am and should carry the inscription:

The maximum deadline provided by the Project Owner or Contracting Authority for the execution of the works forming the subject of this invitation to tender is three (03) months.

Bach bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document No. 12 of the Tender File, of an amount of [500 000] and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of va!idity of bids

The bids shall be opened in a single (01) phase on the 20TH of JUNE 2019 at 11 am local time by the Kombo itindi Council Internat Tenders Board in the Conference Hall of kombo itindi Council.

Only bidders may attend or be represented by a duly mandated person.

A bid shall be rejected if:

-     It lacks any Administrative document;

-     The technical score is less than the minimum required:

-     It has any fake or forged document;

-        Absence of quantified unit price.
