with respect to the 2022 financial year, the lord Mayor of the Kumba III Council has launched the tender for the equipment supply to II-IC Barombi, the equipment supply to DMC Ntarn and the renovation of  G.P.S Tancha.

However the Mayor wwrishes to rnake an addendum with regards to the tender notices.

• On point 15 of the quotation notiees,(elimim.tory criteria) for the equipment supply to IHC Barombi and the equipment supply to DMC Ntam, The eliminatory criteria is non relevant because there will be technical sııb comrnittee for evaluation since the board will during the opening of bids make tlıeir award proposai to the Mayor.As such point 15 of both quotations should be removed.
• Point 14 A/ Elirninatory Criteria of the tender notices it is stated that Deadline for delivery higher than preseribed, is an eliminatory criteria. This point should be removed as a deadline for delivery cannot be eliminatory criteria.

Wïth the above corrections clone, I am postponing the submission of bids to the 17/03/2022 at 10:00 AM rather than the 10/03/2022 as stated in the notices.
