The bids shall be opened in a single (01) phase on the 20^H of JUNE 2019 at 11 am local time by the Kombo itindi Council Internai Tenders Board in the Conference Hall of kombo itindi Council.

Only bidders may attend or be represented by a duly mandated persan

The criteria for qualification of candidates should be on the following:

• Access to credit or other financial sources ( 11 million francs at

least)      Yes / No

• References of similar jobs; Yes / No
• Availability       of      material      and
  essential equipment Yes / No
  • Experience of supervisory staff Yes / No
  • Methodology Yes/No
    • Turnover as in business license above or equal to 11 million francs CFA;
    • Qualified personnel relevant to the job.

Non-respect of two (02) of the above criteria shall entail rejection of the bid. NB: the marking scale for bids by award of points is banned in favor of the binary method (Yes or No).

The Contract shall be awarded to the contracter fulfilling the best technical and financial conditions.

Bidders will remain committed to their bids for ninety (90) days from the deadline set for the submission of tenders
