Within the framework of the 2019 Public Investment Budget, the Lord Mayor of Limbe III
Council on behalf of the Minister of Decentralization and local development hereby
launches an Open National Invitation to Tender by Emergency Procedure FOR THE
SUPPLY OF ELECTRICITY AT DIKOLO, LIMBE III COUNCIL

The works comprise the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed informations provided in the technical specifications. (Document V)

The estimated costs alter preliminary study is 15,635,153 FCFA

The tender is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfill die requirements of this invitation to tender.

The works which fonn the subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by Public Investment Budget of the 2019 financial year; Budget Head No: 5327351016419352254821

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information during working hours as from the date of publication of this tender notice, at the Limbe III Council

The complete tender file may be obtained from die Limbe III Coun cil upon presentation of a treasury receipt attesting to the payment of a non-refundable sum of :20,000 FCFA at the Limbe III Municipal Treasury.

1. 7.                       SUBMISSION OF BIDS (Place, Date and Time):

Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies including the original and six (06) copies marked as such, should mach the Mayor's Office Limbe III Council on — 29/07/2019 at 10.00am local time and labeled.

Enveloppe A : Administrative Document; Enveloppe B : Technical Document ; Enveloppe C : Financial Document.

NB: These three (03) envelopes shall be put in the forth envelope and shall be the only one to have the label mentioned below

DURATION OF EXECUTION: Three (03) months.

Each bidder must include in his/her administrative documents a bid bond issued by a first rate bank approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and recognized by COBAC (Commission Bançaire pour l'Afrique Centrale) featuring on die list in Document 12 of this tender file of an amount of :312,705 FCFA.

NB: It is set at 2 % of the estirnated amount, all taxes inclusive, and with a validit4' period of ninety (90) days from the date the bids are opened.

The bids shall be opened in a single (01) phase on 30/07/2019 at 11.00am local time by the Limbe III Council Tenders Board in die office of the President. located at Limbe III Council.

Only bidders may attend or their duly accredited representatives with Power of Attorney.
