Within the frame work of the 2019 budget of the Limbe City Council, the Government Delegate to the Limbe City Council hereby launches an open national invitation to tender for interested bidders to supply transport equipment to the Limbe City council
The nature of the services involves the supply, transportation and handling of the items as specified in the Technical Specifications per the following:
- LOT 1 : SUPLLY OF A 20TONS TIPPER TRUCK
- LOT 2 : SUPPLY OF A DOUBLE CABIN PICK UP
The estimated budget for the supplies is as follows;
- One hundred and three million (103,000,000 fcfa) for Lot 1
- Thirty two million (32,000,000 fcfa) for Lot 2
- LOT 1 : SUPLLY OF A 20TONS TIPPER TRUCK
- LOT 2 : SUPPLY OF A DOUBLE CABIN PICK
This tender is open to accredited enterprises which are dealers in such vehicles in Cameroon
The supplies of the above shall be financed by the 2019 budget of the Limbe City Council, head 222 -100.
Interested bidders may consult the tender documents at the PRIVATE SECRETARIAT OF THE GOVERNMET DELEGATE, P.O Box 61, during working hours (7.30 am to 3.30 pm) Mondays to Fridays upon publication of the present tender notice.
Bidders may collect complete tender documents from the GOVERNMENT DELEGATE'S Private Secretariat during working hours (7.30 am to 3.30 pm) Mondays to Friday upon payment of a nonrefundable sum of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND FRANCS ( 100.000 FCFA )for the tender to the Limbe City Council Municipal treasury.
Complete offers written in English or French and in seven copies (One Original and six Copies) sealed in an envelope shall be deposited at the Government Delegates' Private secretariat on or before the 6TH AUGUST 2019 at 10.00 am local time.

The duration of the supplies shall not exceed forty five (45) days alter the notification of the Administrative Orders to commence supplies.
Bidders shall provide a Bid Bond of 2.060.000 FCFA (two million and sixty thousand francs cfa) for Lot 1 and 640.000 fcfa ( six hundred and forty thousand francs cfa) for Lot 2, issued by a first-rate bank approved by the Ministry of Finance featuring on the list in document 11 of the tender file. The Bid Bond shall have a validity of 30 days from the date the bids are opened.
Under pain of being rejected, only originals or certified true copies by the issuing service or administrative authorities (Senior Divisional Officers, Divisional Officers...) of the administrative document required, including the Bid Bond, must imperatively be produced in accordance with the Special Conditions of the invitation to tender. They must be valid and obligatorily not older than three (03) months and must not be produced alter the signing of the tender file.
Bids that do not conform with this invitation to tender and the tender documents shall be rejected.

The bid shall be opened in a single phase/session. The opening of the administrative documents, technical and financial bids will take place on the 6TH AUGUST 2019 at 11.00 am local time in the presence of the bidders or their duly mandated representatives, by the Limbe City Council internai Tenders Board in the conference hall of the Limbe City Council situated at Bota road.
Bids shall be rejected in case of the following:
- Incomplete administrative documents forty eight (48) hours upon the opening of bids as
stipulated in article 92(9) of decree No. 2018/366 of 20th June 2018 to institute the Public Contracts code.
false declaration or Falsified documents
- Incomplete Technical / Financial Offers
- Non conformity to the tender documents.
Failure to obtain at least 70% of 'YES' as outlined in the qualification criteria.
- Absence of a bid bond. After sales services.
