Within the framework of thePublic Investment Budget 2019, The Mayor of Menji Council
hereby launches an OPEN NATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER (BY EMERGENCY
PROCEDURE) FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A BLOCK OF TWO CLASSROOMS AT
GS NJENACHA IN FONTEM SUB DIVISION, LEBIALEM DIVISION
The works comprise the output of the preliminary studics carried out and the detailed information provide in the technical specifications and the quantitative estimates.
The estirnated budget inclusive of taxes is twenty million (20,000,000)
The tender is open to duly Iegalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfil the requirements of this invitation to tender.
Works of this invitation to tender shall be jfinanced by Public Investment Budget (PIB) of the 2019 financial year, budget head N°[5315'197016419172222821

The file may be obtained from the Menji council Office as soon as this notice is published against payment of the sum of forty thousand(40 000) CFA francs payable athe Menji council Municipal Treasury.

Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a firstrate banking establishment 'approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose Iist is found in document No. 12 of the Tender File, and of an amount of four hundred thousand (400 000) FCFA which is valid for Ninety (90) days beyond the date of validity of bids.

The bids shall be opened a single 01 phase on the 17/07/2019 at 11 am local time in the conference hall at the Menji council office by the competent tender board in the prensence of the bidders duly authorized representativess having full knowledge of the file

The contract shah be awarded to the bidder whose bid will be judged essentially in compliance with the Tender File and who has the required technical and financial capacities to execute the contract satisfactorily and whose financial offer was evaluated as the lowest by including, where necessary, proposed rebates.
Bidders will remain committed to their bids for 90 deys from the deadline set for the submission of bids.
