Within the framework of The Public investment budget 2019, the Lord Mayor of Menji council hereby launches an opened National invitation to tender for Opening and rehabilitation of Menji- Chenallah- Adurahea farm to market roads in Menji Counci! Area.
The works for which preliminary studies have been carried out and detail information Provided in the technical specifications and bill of quantities comprise the following:
- Series 000:site installation
- Series 100:clearance and earth works - Series 200: drainage and structures
The estimated cost after preliminary studies is eighteen million (18.000.000) FCFA.
Participation in this invitation to tender is open to all registered Cameroonian enterprises, with the necessary technical, financial and legal capacities.
Works which form the subject of this Tender File shall be financed by The Public investinent Budget 2019 financial year, budget hea d.,r.Z.n.re..erecord N
The file may be consulted during working hours at the Menji Council - General Secretariat, Tel: 677875995 as soon as this notice is published.
The tender file shall be acquired from the 103:0 Council, at the office of the Secretary of
Tenders Board,; T e as soon as this notice is published and upon presentation of a
non-refundable treasury receipt (payable at the Divisional Treasury bearing the amount of
thirty five thousand aS1970) FCFA. Such a receipt shall identify the concerned bidder
The maximum deadline provided by the Project Owner for the execution of the works forming the subject of this invitation to tender is three (03) months.
Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a firstrate banking establishment 'approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose Iist is found in document No. 12 of the Tender File, and of an amount of four hundred thousand (360 000) FCFA which is valid for Ninety (90) days beyond the date of validity of bids.
The bids shall be opened a single 01 phase on the 17/07/2019 at 11 am local time in the conference hall at the Menji council office by the competent tender board in the prensence of the bidders duly authorized representativess having full knowledge of the file
The eliminatory criteria are identified as follows:
* Absence of bid bond,
- False declaration, forged or falsified document,
- A technical score less than 70%
