- Within the framework of the 2019 Public Investment Budget, the Mayor of Ekondo Titi Council on behalf of the Minister of women Empowerment and the family hereby launches an Open National Invitation to Tender by emergencyprocedureFOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A WOMEN EMPOWERMENT CENTER
The works comprise the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the technical specifications.
The estimated cost aller preliminary studies is 90 000 000 FRS.
Participation is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fillfill the requirements of this invitation to tender

Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies including the original and six (06) copies marked as such, should reach the secretariat of the mayor Ekondo Titi council not later than 24/07/2019at 10:30 am and should carry the inscription:
The maximum deadline provided by the Project Owner or Delegated Contracting Authority for the execution of the works forming the subject of this invitation to tender is Six (06) months.
Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document No. 12 of the Tender File, of an amount of 1,800 000 CFAFand valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids

The bids shall be opened in a single (01)phase on the24/07 /2019 at am local time by the Internal Tenders Board of the Contracting Authority in the Conference Hall of the Ekondo Titi Council. Only bidders may attend or their duly accredited representatives with Power of Attorney.

It has any fake or forged document;
It lacks any quantified unit price;
It carnes any false information.
It does not respect the model
documents
The bidder has antecedents of
abandoned or uncompleted projects.
- i. . Main Qualification criteria The criteria for qualification of candidates should be on the following:
Access to credit or other financial sources (45 million francs at least) Yes / No

Turnover as in business license above or equal to 45 million francs CFA;
v Qualified personnel relevant to the job.
Non-respect of two (02) of the above criteria shall entail rejection of the bid.
The Contract shah be awarded to the contractor fulfilling the technical and financial conditions
Bidders will remain committed to their bids for ninety (90) days from the deadline set for the submission of tenders
