- 1. Within the framework of the 2019 Public Investment Budget, the Mayor of Ekondo Titi Council on behalf of the Minister of Employment and Vocational Training launches an Open National Invitation to tender by emcrgency procedure FOR 1'11E CONSTRUCTION OF A MASONRY WORKSHOP IN SAR/SM EKONDO TITI
The works comprise the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the technical spécifications.
The estimated cost after preliminary studies is 13 500 000 FRS.
Participation is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfill the requirements of this invitation to tender.
Services which form the subject of this invitation to tender shah be funded by the Public Investment Budget of the
2019financial year budgetary head:
The file may be consulted during working hours at the Secretariat of the Mayor of Ekondo Titi Council as soon as this notice is published.
The file may be obtained from the office of the secrctariat of the mayor of Ekondo Titi council as soon as this notice is published upon presentation of a treasury reccipt attesting to the payment of a non-refundable fee of 35.000FCFA, payable at the Ekondo Titi council treasury.
Bach bid drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies including the original and six (06) copies marked as such, should reach the secretariat of the mayor Ekondo Titi council not later than 24/07/2019 at 10:am and should carry the inscription:
The maximum deadline provided by the Project Owner or Delegated Contracting Authority for the execution of the works forming the subject of this invitation to tender is Six (06) months.
Each biddcr must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a lirst-rate banking establishment 3
approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document No. 12 of the Tender File, of an amount of 270 000FCFA and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids

A bid shah be rejected if:
It lacks any Administrative
document;
The technical score is less than the
minimum required;
It has any fake or forged document;
It lacks any quantified unit price;
ft carries any false information.
