1. 1.    Within the framework of the 2019 Public Investment Budget, the Mayor of Ekondo Titi Council on behalf of the Minister of Decentralization and Local Development hereby launches an Open National Invitation to tender by emergency procedure FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A YOUTH EMPOWERMENT CENTER IN EKONDO TITI

The works comprise the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the technical specifications.

The estimated cost alter preliminary studies is 35 000 000 FRS.

Participation is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfill the requirements of this invitation to tender.

document;

The technical score is less than the

minimum required;

It has any fake or forged document;

It lacks any quantified unit price;

It cardes any t'aise information.

It does not respect the model

The bidder has antecedents of

abandoned or uncompleted projects.
