Within the framework of the Public Investment Budget 2019, the Mayor of Menji councii, Delegated Contracting Authority, hereby launches an Open National Invitation to Tender (Emergency Procedure) for the RURAL ELECTRIFICATION OF LETIA MBINDIA-MBINDIA PALACE
The works comprise the output of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provide in the technical specifications and the quantitative estimates.
The estimated budget inclusive of taxes is 27,000,000 FCFA.
The tender is open to club' Iegalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfill the requirements of this invitation to tender.

The complete tender fi le may be obtained from the Menji Council Office, upon presentation of a municipal treasury receipt attesting te the payment of a non refundable sum of 45,000 F CFA
Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies including the original and six (06) copies marked as such, should reach the Secretariat of the mayor of Menji council, not later than 29/08/2019 M 10am local time and labeled.
The maximum time frame provided for the execution of the works forming the subject of this invitation to tender is three (03) months, with effect from the date of notification of the service order to commence works.
Each bidder must include in his/her administrative documents a bid bond issued by a first rate
bank approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and recognized by COBAC
(Commission Bançaire pour l'Afrique Centrale) featuring on the list in Document 12 of the tender file of an amount of 540,000 FCFA with a validity period of ninety (90) days from the date the bid is opened.
Under penalty of rejection, the required administrative documents must be imperatively produced as original documents or photocopies certified as authentic by the issuing authority, in accordance with the Special Regulations of the Invitation to Tender, within the last three months, otherwise they shall not be accepted.
Any bid not in compliance with the specifications of this tender notice and file shall be
declared inadmissible. Notably;
- the absence of the bid bond issued by a first rate bank approved by the Ministry in charge of
finance or,
- Its non-compliance with the model documents of the tender file shall Iead to outright rejection
of the bid without any possibility of appeal.

The contract shah be awarded to the bidder whose bid will be judged essentially in compliance with the Tender File and who has the required technical and financial capacities to execute the contract satisfactorily and whose financial offer was evaluated as the lowest by including, where necessary, proposed rebates.
