The General Manager of Crédit Foncier du Cameroun launches an open invitation to tender for the preventive and corrective maintenance of generators installed in its headquarters, the residences of the general directors and the ten (10) CFC branches.

Participation in this invitation to tender is open to Cameroonian companies who justify their activities in the fields of marketing, installation and maintenance of generators sets and spare parts in Cameroon.
Services of this tender shall be financed by the CFC operation budget 2017 and 2018 financial years.
Provision for this service is 25 million,

The maximum delivery deadline provided for by the Project Owner for delivery of the services forming the subject of this tender shall be twenty four (24) months, and it is allocated as follows:
- Fixed phase: from 1 January to 31 December 2017;
- Conditional phase : from 1 January te 31 December 2018;
Each bidder shah submit with its bid a three hundred thousand (300 000) francs CFA bid bond issued by a first class bank approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance, and valid for one hundred and twenty (120) days from the deadline of the submission of the offers.
Under risk being rejected, the other administrative documents required must be produced in originels or true copies certified by the issuing service or an administrative authority (SDO, DO ...) in accordance with the Special Conditions of the invitation to tender,
They must not be eider than three (3) months preceding the original date of submission of bids or must not have been established after the signing of the tender notice_
Any incomplets offer in accordance with the prescriptions of this notice and Tender File shall be declared inadmissible.
The opening of bids will be done in two (02) steps.
The opening of administrative and technical offers will take place on 11/11/2016 at 02:00 PM by the Internal Tenders Board of Crédit Foncier du Cameroun sitting in the meeting room at the 5th floor room 502 of the head office of CFC.

NB: Only tenders that have obtained technical score higher or equal to 70% of marks will be subject to a financial assessment.
The contract will be awarded to the bidder whose offer will comply administrative and technical requirements and whose financial offer shall be evaluated best bidder from combination of technical and financial scores.
The best bid is that with highest global score.
N = 70 x Technical score (Nt) + 30 x Financial score (Nf)/100
The financial score (Nf) is obtained as follows:
Fm being the lowest bid equal to 100 marks. Other bidders’ mark are calculated from this lowest bid as follows:
Nf = 100 x Fm/F
Fm = amount of the lowest bid
F = amount of the bidder under scrutiny;
The bidder with the highest final score will be declared the winner of the contract.

T = 0,7 F = 0,3
Global score = (Technical score × 0,7) + (Financial score × 0,3)
Tenderers are bound by their tenders for a period of ninety (90) days from the deadline for the submission of tenders.
