Within the framework of implementing the activities related to Ycar 4 (2019) of the State/SOWEDA Contrat-Plan the Director General of SOWEDA hereby launches an Open National Invitation to Tender for the Supply of 01 (One) 4x4 Dump Truck 12T to SOWEDA under the Technical Restructuring Axis of the Contrat-Plan.
The services related to this contract shah comprise the Tender for the Supply of 01 (One) 4x4 Dump Truck 12T to SOWEDA as described in the technical specifications given below.

Participation in this invitation to tender is open to duly legalized Cameroonian based enterprises that are I icenscd in the supply of heavy-duty vehicles and which fulfill the requirements of this invitation to tender.
The supplies which arc subject of titis invitation to tender shah be financed by the State/SOWEDA Contrat-Plan Budget : Line MINFI Chapter 93/2019

Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies comprising one (01) original and six (06) copies marked as such, should reach the SOWEDA Head Office (Department of Administration and Finance) South West Region — Buea, against a receipt not later than 06/09/2019 at 10.00 a.m. and labelled as follows:
The maximum deadline provided for the delivery of the various items that are subject of this tender is fixed at 04 (Four) months. The vehicle shah be delivered at SOWEDA Head Office in Buea.
Each bidder must include in his administrative documents a bid bond issued by a first rate banking/insurance establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document N° 12 of the Tender File and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids amounting to FCFA 1,800,000 (one million eight hundred thousand francs).

The bids shall be opened in a single phase on 06/09/2019 at 11 am. local time in the SOWEDA Conference Hall by the SOWEDA Internai Tenders Board. Only bidders may attend or be represented by a duly mandated person.

- Absence or non-conformity of an administrative document within 48hours alter bids opening;
- False declaration or falsified document;
- Non-compliance with at least 70% of the minor technical specifications of the equipment;
- Absence of quantified unit price;
- Absence of declaration of non-abandonment of a public contract during the last three years;
- Non-satisfaction of at least 70% (5 yes/7) of the essential criteria;
- Financial capacity (> 50%) of the tender amount;
- Absence of prospectus accompanied by the technical sheets from the manufacturer;
