The estimated cost of the works following prior studies stands at FCFA 96,000,000 and distributed as follows:

Participation in this invitation to tender is open to duly legalized Cameroonian based enterprises that arc licensed in the supply of heavy-duty equipment and which fulfill the requirements of this invitation to tender.

The works winch foret the subject of this invitation to tender shall be fmanced by the budget of State/SOWEDA Contrat-Plan 2016-2019, Budget Line MINFI Chapter 93/2019.

The non-respect of at least three (03) of the above criteria shal! lead to the elimination of the hid. Only bids that would have obtained a score of at least 70% of 'YES^- responses in the technical evaluation shall he retained for financial evaluation.

The contract shall he awarded 10 the bidder with the least financial offer after having qualified administratively and technically.

Bidders shall be bound by their bids for a period of 90 (ninety) days effective from the date of opening of bids.
