1.Objet New(Additif)

Within the framework of the execution of the 2018 state budget of the Republic of Cameroon represented bythe Divisional Delegate of Public Contracts forBui, Contracting Authority, hereby launches in an emergency procedure are quest for quotation for the supply of medical equipment to the integrated health centre (IHC) Mbohnso in Mbven Sub Division, Bui Division North West Region.

Participation in this Request for Quotation is opened to all Cameroonian companies and business concerns that have proven capacities in the domain of medical equipment.

6.Financement New(Additif)

The supplies, subject of this request for quotation, shall be financed by the Public Investment Budget of 2018 for the Ministry of Public Health (MINSANTE) of the Republic of Cameroon.

7.Consultation du Dossier New(Additif)

The file may be consulted at the Sevice for contracts of the Divisional Delegation of Public Contracts for Bui.

8.Acquisition du Dossier New(Additif)

The consultation file may be acquired from the Divisional Delegation of Public Contracts for Bui upon presentation of an on refundableTreasury receipt of twenty thousand (20,000) FCFA, payable at the Public Treasury of Bui.Such a receipt shall identify the payment as representing the company that wants to participate in the tender.

9.Remises des offres New(Additif)

Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (07)copies including
the original and six(06) copies marked as such in accordance with the prescriptions of the consultation file should be submitted against a receipt at the Divisional Delegation of Public
Contracts Bui not later than 15th March 2018 at 10a.local time and should carry the inscription:

The opening and evaluation of the bids shall be done in one phase on 15th March 2018 at 11a.m in the Conference Hall of the MINMAP Bui by the Bui divisional tender board. Only bidders may at attend or be duly represented by a person of their choice, who has full knowledge of the file and mandated in that capacity.
