Each bidder must inciude in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first rate-bank or financiat organism approved by the Mmisler of Finance featunng on the list in document 12 of the present Tender File of an amount of one million (1000 000) CFA francs and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the original date of the vailidity of the offers.

Under risk being rejected. the other administrative documents required must be produced in origmals or true copies certified by the issuing service or an administrative authonty in accordance wittv the Special Conditions of the invitation to tender.
They must not foe oldar than ihree (3) months preceding the original date of subtnission of bids or must not have been established after the signing of the tender notice
