Article 2: That the winner is hereby invited to contact the Mayor of ldenau council within 24 hours to collect his notification letter. Consequently, all unsuccessful bidders are hereby giving 15 days to withdraw their bids from the General Secretariat of ldenau Council or same shall be disposed without any further notice.
