The Vice-Chancellor of The University of Bamcnda hereby launches a request for quatation to supply and install classroom equipment in the UBaDEF pedagogic block for the National Higher Polytechnic Institute of the University of Bamcnda
Theservices of this supply include the purchase, transportation and installation work of:
1- 08 green boards for classrooms and amphitheaters;
2- 590 1m benches for students;
3- 08 tables and 08 chairs for lecturers.
The estimated cost of the project is 50 000 000 (fifty million) FCFA all taxes inclusive

The maximum delivery time, as provided for by the contracting authority, is four (04) months.
Each bidder must include in his Administrative Documents,a bid bond of anamount of 1 000 000 (One million) FCFA, issued by a bank recognized by the Ministry of Finance, as specified in document 11 of this tender file.

The bids shall be opened in asingle phase, at 1p.m. prompt on 04 AVR 2018 by the University of Bamenda Internal Tenders Board, in the Conference Room of the Central Administration Block of the University of Bamenda, in the presence of tlie bidders or their duly authorized representatives having perfect knowledge of the bids.
