Article 2: That the winner is hereby invited to contact the Mayor of Idenau council within 24 hours to collect his notification letter. Consequently, ail unsuccessful bidders are hereby giving 15 days to withdraw their bids from the General Secretariat of Idenau Council or same shall be disposed without any further notice.
