The subject of this invitation to tender include - The purchase. transport, delivery on site and start of the truck, - The suppty of the tools, (toolskit, jack, wheel key. 1 spare wheel) and documentation (control and maintenance manual spare parts catalog  in French or English)
 

The estimated cost of the operation as Indicated at the PIB of the year 2016 is one hundred millions (100 000 000) CFA francs.

The maximum delivery deadline provided for by the Project Owner for the delivery of the supplies forming the subject of this tender is two (02) months.

Each bidder must tnclude in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first rate-bank orfmanoal organism approved by the Minisler of Finance featuring on the list in document 12 of the present Tender File of an amount of two millions(2 000 000) CFA francs and valid for Ihirty (30) days beyond the original date of the validity of the offert

Under risk being rejected, the other administrative documents required must be produced m origjnals or true copies certified by the issuing service or an administrative authority in accordance wrlh the Special Conditions of the Invitation to tender They must not be older than three (3) months preceeding the original date of submission bids or must not have been estabJished after the signing ofthe tender notice Any incomplete offer in accordance with the prescriptionss of this notice and Tender File shall be dedared inadmissible This applies especially the absence of a bid bond issued by a first-rate bank or financial organism approved by the Minisstry in charge of Finarce
