The Vice-Chancellor of the University of Buea launches Open National Invitation to
Tender No.010/ONIT/TB/UB/19 of 11/12/19 for Ille Provision of Catering Services to the Students of the University of Buea.

2.Consistance des prestations New(Additif)

The services include provision of breakfast, lunch and supper to students of the main campus of the University of Buea till the end of the financial year as follows:

Only lunch is subsidized by the University and the students each pay 100 (one hundred) FCFA.

3.Cout Prévisionnel New(Additif)

The estimated cost alter preliminary studies is 100,000,000 (one hundred million) FCFA

4.Participation et origine New(Additif)

Participation in this invitation to tender is open to all Cameroon based qualified registered enterprises that must have proven expertise in the domain of catering.

5.Financement New(Additif)

The services which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by the budget of the University of Buea, 2019 financial year, Programme 244 Article 244621, Paragraph 610340

7.Acquisition du Dossier New(Additif)

The file may be obtained from the Development Office, Room 211, Central Administration Building of the University of Buea, P.O. Box 63, Buea, as soon as this notice is published upon presentation of a reccipt of a non-refundable payment of the sum of 100,000 (one HUNDRED thousand) CFA francs ;. payable at special ARMP accourt No.33598842001-44 a^tBICEC(

8.Remises des offres New(Additif)

Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (7) copies including the original and six (6) copies marked as sua, should reach the Development Office of the University of Buea, in Room 211 of the Central Administration Building not later than 12.noon on 17/01/2020. The bids should be addressed to The Vice-Chancellor, University of Buea, P.O. Box 63, Buea. The khaki brown envelope containing the bids should be marked on the top right hand corner:

9.Cautionnement Provisoire New(Additif)

Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry of Finance of an amount of 2,000,000 (two million) CFA francs, valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids. See Document 12 of Tender file

10.Recevabilité des Offres New(Additif)

Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (7) copies including the original and six (6) copies marked as sua, should reach the Development Office of the University of Buea, in Room 211 of the Central Administration Building not later than 12.noon on 17/01/2020. The bids should be addressed to The Vice-Chancellor, University of Buea, P.O. Box 63, Buea. The khaki brown envelope containing the bids should be marked on the top right hand corner:

11.Ouverture des Plis New(Additif)

The bids shall be opened in a single phase. The opening of administrative, technical and financial bids will be on 17/01/2020 at 01:00 p.m local time by the University of Buea Tenders Board in the Board Room of the Central Administration Building.

Only bidders may attend or be represented by a duly mandated person

13.Attribution New(Additif)

The contract shall be awarded on the basis of the lowest bid fulfilling the technical and financial conditions.

Bidders will remain committed to their offers for 90 days from the dcadline set for the submission of bids.
