THE ADMINISTRATIVE DIRECTOR OF THE NORTH WEST LIVESTOCK DEVELOPMENT FUND (CONTRACTING AUTHORITY);

-         Mindful of the Constitution;

-         Mindful of Decree No. 317 of 8/11/1974 creating and organising the North West Livestock Development Fund;

-          Mindful of Decree No.2018/366 of 20/6/2018 instituting the Public Contract Code;

DECIDES

ARTICLE  1: That the Contract construct a brooding block and retaining walls for a parent stock farm at Mendankwe, following the invitation to tender mentioned above is hereby awarded to the enterprise below as follows:
