MINDFUL OF: the decree N^o 2012/074 of 08 March 2012on the creation, organization and functioning of Tenders Board of Public Contracts modified and completed by decree N^o 2013/271 of 05 August 2013;

MINDFUL OF: the decree N° 2012/075 of 08 march 2012 organizing the Ministry of Public Contracts;

MINDFUL OF: the decree N° 2012/076 of 08 march 2012 modifying and completing certain dispositions of Decree N° 2001/048 of 23Febraury 2001 on the creation, organization and functioning of the Public Contracts Regulatory Agency;

MINDFUL OF: Order No 000085/A/MINDDEVEL of 03/03/2020 establishing the election of Mayor and deputy mayors of Balikumbat Council following the municipal election of February 9^th 2020;

MINDFUL OF:  the circular N° 001/CAB/PR of 19 June 2012 in relation to the award and   Control of public Contracts;

MINDFUL OF: the circular N°004/CAB/PM of 30 December 2005 in relation to the application of the Public Contracts Code;

MINDFUL OF: Circular No. 00013995/C/MINFI OF 31/12/2024 bearing on the instructions relating to the            implementation of the finance laws, the monitoring and control of the execution of the budgets of the State and other public entities for the 2025 fiscal year.

MINDFUL OF: the invitation TENDER N°:03/ONIT/MINDDEVEL/NWR/NG/BC/BCITB/2025 0F 08/01/2025 FOR THE FIGHT AGAINST CLIMATE CHANGE THROUGH THE PLANTING OF 7,000 ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY TREES IN BALIKUMBAT MUNICPALITY.

 MINDFUL OF:  the report of the sub technical committee of analysis of bids;

MINDFUL OF:  of the award proposal of the Balikumbat Council Internal Tenders board by letter N^o.001AW/L/MINDDEL/BC/ITB/2025 of 12^th February 2025.

DECIDES

Article 1: That the jobbing order FOR THE FIGHT AGAINST CLIMATE CHANGE THROUGH THE PLANTING OF 7,000 ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY TREES IN BALIKUMBAT MUNICPALITY, has been awarded as follows;  

Article 2: This Decision shall be registered and published where ever need be.
