MINDFUL OF: Circular No. 00013995/C/MINFI OF 31/12/2024 bearing on the instructions relating to the            implementation of the finance laws, the monitoring and control of the execution of the budgets of the State and other public entities for the 2025 fiscal year.

MINDFUL OF: the invitation TENDERFILE N^o 06/ONIT/MINDDEVEL/NWR/NG/BC/ BCITB / 2025 OF 09/01/2025 FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF RIVER NTEHNSI BRIDGE LINKING NTEHNSI QUARTER AND GWANYIT QUARTER IN BALIKUMBAT VILLAGE, BALIKUMBAT MUNICIPALITY.

DECIDES

Article 1: That the jobbing order FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF RIVER NTEHNSI BRIDGE LINKING NTEHNSI QUARTER AND GWANYIT QUARTER IN BALIKUMBAT VILLAGE, BALIKUMBAT MUNICIPALITY, has been awarded as follows;
