THE MAYOR OF FONFUKA COUNCIL

Mindful of Law No. 2018/011 of 11^th July 2018 bearing the code of transparency and good governance in the management of public finances;

Mindful of Law No. 2018/012 of 11^th July 2018 bearing the finance regime of the State and other Public Entities;

Mindful of Law No. 2019/024 of 24^th December 2019 to institute the general code of Regional and Local Authorities;

Mindful of Law No. 2024/0019 of 23^th December 2024 bearing the finance law of the Republic of Cameroon for the 2025 Financial Year;

Mindful of Decree No. 2012/076 of 08^th March 2012 to amend and supplement some provisions of Decree No. 2001/048 of February 2001 relating to the setting up, organisation and functioning of the Public Contracts Regulatory Agency (ARMP);

Mindful of Decree No. 2018/190 of 02^th March 2018 modifying and completing certain provisions of Decree No. 2011/408 of 09 December 2011 organising the Government;

Mindful of Decree No. 2018/366 of 20^th June 2018 to institute the Public Contract Code, and the subsequent text of application;

Mindful of Ministerial Order No.00000204/A/MINMAP of 3^rd July 2018 bearing on the creation of Internal Tender’s Board at the City Councils, Councils and Sub Divisional Councils;

Mindful of Ministerial Order No. 000270/O/MINDDEVEL of 6^th March 2020 to establish the election of the Mayor and Deputy Mayors after the municipal elections of 9^th February 2020 in the Fonfuka Council, whereby Mr GWE Philip CHIA was confirmed Mayor of Fonfuka Council;

Considering Circular No. 001/CAB/PR of 19^th June 2012 relating the award and control of public contracts;

Considering Circular letter No. 006/LC/PR/MINMAP/CAB of 17^th August 2021 clarifying the control of the award of public contracts and specifying the modalities of its exercise with the Project Owners and Delegated Project Owners;

Considering Circular No. 00013995/C/MINFI of 31^st December 2024 bearing on the instructions relating to the Execution of the Finance Laws, the Monitoring and Control of the Execution of the Budgets of the State and Other Public Entities for the 2025 Fiscal Year, and the annex thereto;

Considering Circular Letter No.00000792/CL/MINFI of 24^th January 2025 relating to the execution, monitoring and control of the execution of the budgets of the Regional and Local Authorities for the 2025 Financial Year;

Considering the Bids Evaluation Sub Committee Report No. 06/FC/FCITB/BESC of 10/03/2025;

Considering the Award Proposal No. ______/L/MINDDEVEL/FC/FCITB/S/AP/10/2025 of 14/03/2025;

HEREBY DECIDES AS FOLLOWS:

Article I: That the Contract for the REHABILITATION OF FONFUKA-MULUNG-NGUNAKIMBI ROAD OF 11KM AND CONSTRUCTION OF THREE BOX CULVERTS has been awarded as follows,

The awarded amount for this Contract stands at: Sixty-Four Million Nine Hundred and Seventy Thousand Francs, all Taxes Inclusive.

Article II: That this Decision shall be registered, published and communicated wherever and whenever necessary.
