1.     Contracting Authority: The Lord Mayor Of Wum Council

2.     Invitation to Tender: N^o_01/ONIT/MINDDEVEL/WC/WCITB/2025 of the 14^th of January 2025.

Purpose: Rehabilitation of the Road from Naikom Junction to Lake Wum Passing through SDO’s Residence (3.60km) in Wum Municipality, Menchum Division North West Region.

3.     Project Owner: The Lord Mayor of Wum Council

4.     Financing: 2025 PUBLIC INVESTMENT BUDGET (MINTP)

5.     Award:

Article 1: That the would –be contractor should contact the contracting Authority (The Mayor Of Wum Council) latest Monday 24^th of March 2025 for necessary formalities in view of the establishment of the required contracts (Jobbing Orders) otherwise the contract will automatically be cancelled and further measures taken for the award process to continue .

Article 2: That this present decision shall be registered, published and communicated whenever and wherever necessary
