Within the framework of 2020 public Investment Budget, the Lord Mayor of Ndop Council, Contracting Authority, hereby launches an Open National Invitationto Tender for the Rehabilitation of Road and the construction of bridge at lower UNVDA linking MELI quarter toGSS NTENKOH Bamunka in Ngoketunjia Divisionin the North West Region.

Work to be done consists of

• Preparatory works
• Foundation Works
• Construction of pillars and walls
• Construction of slab
• Backfilling works
• Opening of earth road

The estimated cost after preliminary studies is 20 000000 (twenty million).

The works isino single lot as follows:

Participation tothis invitation to tender is open to Cameroonian enterprises that are in compliance with the fiscal laws.

Works which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed bythe 2020 Public Investment Budget of the Ministry of housing and urban development, budget head No. 54 38 64 16 38 2250

Under penalty of being rejected, only originals or true copies certified by the Issuing service or administrative authorities (Senior Divisional Officer, Divisional Officers) must imperatively be produced in accordance with the Special Regulations of the invitation to tender.
They must obligatorily be not older than three (3)months preceding the date of submission of bids or may be established after the signature of the tender notice Any bid not in compliance with the prescriptions of the Tender File shall be declared inadmissible. This refers especially tothe absence of a bid bond issuedby a first-rate bank approved by the Minister in charge of Finance. .

. Evaluation criteria
The bids shall be evaluated according to the main criteria as follows:
A. Elimnatory criteria
1. -False declaration or falsified documents;
2. -Absence or insufficient bid bond;;
3. -Incomplete financial file;
4. -Omission of aunit price in the financial bid;
5.-Score less than 23/28.
B. Essenial criteria
1- General presentation of the tender files;
2-Financial capacity;
3- References ofthe company insimilar achievements;

4- Quality of the personnel;
5- Technlcol organization ofthe works;
6- Logistics;
7- Attestation and report ofsitevisit;
8- Special Technical Clauses Initialed inall the pages;
9- Special Administrative Clauses completed and initialedinallthe pages.

This evaluation will be done ina purely positive way (yes) or negative (no)withan acceptable minimum of 23/28 ofthe essential criteria taken inaccount.
The contract will be awarded to the bidder who would have proposed the offer with the lowestamount,inconformitywiththe regulations ofthe Tender Documents and having satisfied to 100% ofthe eliminatory criteria and at least 23/28 ofthe essential criteria.

Bidders will remain committed totheir offers for sixty(60) days fromthe deadline set for the submission of fenders.
