Article 1: That Jobbing Order relating to the REQUEST FOR QUOTATION NO: 02 FOR THE SUPPLY OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT TO CMA BABA 1 AND CMA BABESSI   IN BABESSI SUB-DIVISION, NGOKETUNJIA DIVISION OF THE NORTH WEST REGION has been awarded to the Enterprise herein mentioned below:
