Article 1: That Jobbing Order  relating to THE OPENING OF THE ROAD FROM N11 BABESSI COUNCIL JUNCTION TO KOKIBUI QUARTER (3.8KM) FROM N11 COUNCIL BY-PASS STRETCH TO TSENKA (5.2KM) AND FROM BABESSI PALACE TO TSENTUO (1.5KM) IN BABESSI COUNCIL MUNICIPALITY has been awarded to the Enterprise herein mentioned below:
