1.Contexte New(Additif)

Within the framework of the 2020 budget, the City Mayor to the Limbe City Council invites interested consulting firms to manifest their interest in view carrying out studies for the construction of some roads within the Limbe municipality

2.Objet New(Additif)

CALL TO MANIFEST INTEREST No. 001/2020 RELATIVE TO THE PRE SELECTION
OF CONSULTING FIRMS FOR THE ELABORATION OF STUDIES FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF ROADS WITHIN LIMBE MUNICIPALITY.

3.Consistance des prestations New(Additif)

The nature of services is the technical studies for the construction of certain roads in Limbe. The studies shall be done on three lots;

- Lot 1: Elaboration of technical studies for the Ngeme — Mokundange bypass road. - Lot 2: Elaboration of studies for the Wovia Junction — Wovia village d road.

- Lot 3: Elaboration of studies for the Community Field entrance court junction

4.Participation et origine New(Additif)

This manifestation of interest is open to aIl reputed consulting firms who have proven their ability in the studies and/or supervision of construction works, especially in road works and other technical Works.

5.Financement New(Additif)

The works shall be funded by the autonomous budget of the Limbe City Council 2020, HEAD 220 - 100.

6.Remises des offres New(Additif)

The response written in English or French in seven (7) copies [one original and six copies labeled as such] shall be submitted at the Private secretariat of the City Mayor to the Limbe City Council not later than the 15th July 2020 at 3:30p.m local time and shall bear the inscription:

7.Critères d'évaluation New(Additif)

Eliminatory criteria are as follows;

- Incomplete administrative bid.

- falsified administrative documents - False declaration

-Bids submitted aller deadline.

-Non Obtention of at least 65/100 points

7 - MAIN QUALIFICATION CRITERIA

The criteria relating to the qualification of candidates could indicatively be on the

following:

v  Presentation                                                                                    lOpoints

 

v Material resources(Iogistic means of the enterprise                 30points

  • References of the enterprise                                                         20points
  • Human resources                                                                            40points

Only the responses that will have

totaled at least 65/100points will be eligible for pre selection.
