The Kribi City Council has received funding from FEICOM ta finance the recruitrnent of a Study Office to carry out the project management of the construction of the Town Hall of the Kribi City Council. The said B E T is responsible for conducling studies according to the following spécifications:
a. Mission 1: DET -Direction for the Execution of Work Contracts.
b. Mission 2: CCR - Adlievement Compliance Control
- Mission 3: AOR - Reception Operations Assistance, the duration of this study is 12 calendar months.
2. The Government Delegate to the Kribi City Council invites the Design Offices to express their interest in providing the services desaibed above.
3. The Office of Studies will offer at Ieast a team of experts with the following profile:
- 01 Head of Mission: Civil Engineering Engineer / Rural Engineering. Bac 3, 10 years of experienfe (specialized in building works and public works), reoistered at the 1GC, with an environmental knowledge of FEICOM-funded projects.
- Follow-up Teciinician No.1: Senior Technician of the Work, Civil Engineering Training BAC 2 with knowledge of the environment of FEICOM-funded projects.
e Follow-up Technicien No.2: Senior Work Technician, Rural Engineering Training BAC 2 with knowledge of the environment of FEICOM-funded projects.
- Geotechnician: Senior Technician of the works, BAC 2 Geotechnical Training or Civil Engineering with knowledge of the environment of projects on FEICOM financing.
- Topography Operator: Topography Techniban, TOPOGRAPHy training and land registry training, with a knowledge of the environment of FEICOM-funded projects.
Nb: The list of materials required of bidders (rolling equipment, office equipment, and other consumables) is specified in the tender file.
- The Offices of Studies may partner with other firms to strengthen their respective competences in the foret of a solidarity grouper or a subcontractor agreement. A consultant will be selected using the consultant qualification method (QC) as described in the consultant guidetines.
