RELATIVE TO THE PRE
SELECTION OF CONSULTING FIRMS FOR THE ELABORATION OF STUDIES FOR
THE CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN BUILDINGS AND COMMUNITY EQUIPMENT
FOR THE LIMBE CITY COUNCIL.

Within the framework of the 2020 budget, the City Mayor to the Limbe City Council invites interested consulting firms to manifest their interest in view carrying out studies for the construction of certain buildings and community equipment for the Limbe City Council.

The nature of services is the technical studies for the construction of certain buildings and community equipment for the Limbe City Council. The studies shah be done on two (2) lots;

Lot 1: elaboration of architectural and technical studies for the construction of a modern butchery at the Church Street Market in Limbe.

Lot 2: elaboration of architectural and technical studies for the construction of a hostel at Down Beach.

This manifestation of interest is open to all reputed consulting firms who have proven their ability in the studies and/or supervision of construction works, especially in Civil engineering and other technical Works

The works shah be funded by the autonomous budget of the Limbe City Council 2020,

HEAD 220 - 100.

The response written in English or French in seven (7) copies [one original and six copies labeled as such] shah be submitted at the Private secretariat of the City Mayor to the Limbe City Council not later than the le July 2020 at 3:30p.m local time and shah bear the inscription:

7 - MAIN QUALIFICATION CRITERIA

The criteria relating to the qualification of candidates could indicatively be on the following:

Only the responses that will have totaled at least 65/100points will be eligible for pre selection.
