RELATIVE TO THE PRE SELECTION OF CONSULTING FIRMS FOR THE ELABORATION OF STUDIES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE NJENGELE CANAL.
Within the framework of the 2020 budget, the City Mayor to the Limbe City Council invites interested consulting firms to manifest their interest in view carrying out technical studies for the development of the Njengele canal in Limbe
The nature of services is the technical studies for the development of the Njengele canal 3
This manifestation of interest is open to all reputed consulting firms who have proven their ability in the studies and/or supervision of construction works, especially in Civil engineering and other technical Works.
The works shall be funded by the autonomous budget of the Limbe City Council 2020, HEAD 612 -.106
The response written in English or French in seven (7) copies [one original and six copies labeled as such] shah be submitted at the Private secretariat of the City Mayor to the Limbe City Council not later than the le July 2020 at 3:30p.m local time and shall bear the inscription:
CALL TO MANIFEST INTEREST No. 003/2020 RELATIVE TO THE PRE SELECTION OF CONSULTING FIRMS FOR THE ELABORATION OF STUDIES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE NJENGELE CANAL.

Eliminatory criteria are as follows; - Incomplete administrative bid.
- falsified administrative documents
- False declaration
- Bids submitted alter deadline.
- Non Obtention of at least 65/100 points
7 - MAIN QUALIFICATION CRITERIA
The criteria relating to the qualification of candidates could indicatively be on the following:
v Presentation lOpoints
v Material resources(logistic means of the enterprise 30points
- References of the enterprise 20points
- Human resources 40points
Only the responses that will have totaled at least 65/100points will be eligible for pre selection.
