SELECTION OF CONSULTING FIRMS FOR THE ELABORATION OF ECONOMIC
AND FINANCIAL STUDIES INCLUDING A FUNDING MODEL FOR THE LIMBE
LEFT BANK MARITIME PROGRA
Within the framework of the 2020 budget, the City Mayor to the Limbe City Council
invites interested consulting firms to manifest their interest in view carrying economic and financial studies for the Limbe Left Bank Maritime Program and the funding model
The nature of services is the technical studies for the development of the Njengele canal
This manifestation of interest is open to all reputed consulting firms who have proven their ability in the studies and/or supervision of construction works, especially in Civil engineering and other technical Works.
The works shall be funded by the autonomous budget of the Limbe City Council 2020,

The response written in English or French in seven (7) copies [one original and six copies
labeled as such] shah be submitted at the Private secretariat of the City Mayor to the Limbe City Council not later than the le July 2020 at 3:30p.m local time and shah bear the inscription:

Eliminatory criteria are as follows;
-Incomplete administrative bid. - falsified administrative documents
-False declaration
- Bids submitted alter deadline.
-Non Obtention of at least 65/100 points
7 - MAIN QUALIFICATION CRITERIA
The criteria relating to the qualification of candidates could indicatively be on the
fo llowing:

- ·:- Material resources(logistic means of the enterprise 30points
- ·:- References of the enterprise 20points
- ·:- Human resources 40points
Only the responses that will have totaled at least 65/100points will be eligible for pre selection.

Upon payment of a non-refundable sum of TEN THOUSAND FRANCS CFA (10,000FCFA) to the municipal treasury of the Limbe City Council. While withdrawing the files, each bidder shah be bound to leave behind his complete address.
