1.Contexte New(Additif)

RELATIVE TO THE PRE
SELECTION OF CONSULTING FIRMS FOR THE ELABORATION DEVELOPMENT
STUDIES FOR THE RESSETTLEMENT SITES FOR FISHERMEN AND THE
AFFECTED POPULATION AT MOTONDO AND MONDOLI.

2.Objet New(Additif)

Within the framework of the 2020 budget, the city mayor to the limbe city council invites

interested consulting firms to manifest their interest in view carrying out development studies for the resettlement sites for fishermen and the affected population at Motondo and Mondoli.

3.Consistance des prestations New(Additif)

The nature of services is the technical studies for the development of the Njengele canal

4.Participation et origine New(Additif)

This manifestation of interest is open to all reputed consulting firms who have proven their ability in the studies and/or supervision of construction works, especially tocan planning and other technical Works.

5.Financement New(Additif)

The works shall be funded by the autonomous 'budget of the Limbe City Council 2020,

HEAD 612 -.106.

6.Remises des offres New(Additif)

The response written in English or French in seven (7) copies [one original and six copies

labeled as such] shall be submitted at the Private secretariat of the City Mayor to the Limbe City Council not later than the 13th July 2020 at 3:30p.m local time and shall bear the inscription:

Upon payment of a non-refundable sum of TEN THOUSAND FRANCS CFA (10,000FCFA) to the municipal treasury of the Limbe City Council. While withdrawing the files, each bidder shall be bound to leave behind his complete address.

Eliminatory criteria are as follows;

-   Incomplete administrative bid.

-   falsified administrative documents False declaration

Bids submitted after deadline.

- Non Obtention of at least 65/100 points

7 - MAIN QUALIFICATION CRITERIA

The criteria relating to the qualification of candidates could indicatively be on the

following:

v Presentation                                                                                     lOpoints

v Material resources(logistic means of the enterprise                 30points

v References of the enterprise                                                         20points

v Human resources                                                                            40points

Only the responses that will have totaled at least 65/100points will be eligible for pre selection.
