The consultation file can be obtained from the Department of Technical Services, Service of Public Contracts and Procurement of the City Council in Bamenda, upon the presentation of a receipt of payment of the sum of fifty two thousand three hundred (52,300) CFA francs into the Bamenda City Council Municipal Treasury, budgetary head 712 101.
