the supplies subject of the prsent request for Quotation shall be financed by the public.

The request for Quotation can be consulted and obtained as from the date of publication of this invitation to tender at the AKWAYA Council Contracts Office Room 6 Tel 678 495 145//676 246 360 the file maty be consulted during working hours at the AKWAYA Council Chambers as soon as this notice published

7.Acquisition du Dossier New(Additif)

With effect from the date of signature of this quotation upon , presentattion of receipt attesting to the payment of a non refundable fee of Siteen Thousand 16 000 CRA francs payable at the Municipal Treasury AKWAYA a copy of the receipt showing payment of the fee shall be attached to the QUATATION

The offers shall apened in single phase the opening of Administrative Offers Envelope A the technical offers Envelope B and Financial Offers Enveloppe C ONE 27ndv of March 2020 at 10 am local time by the Akwaya Council Tenders Board situated at the AKWAYA COUNCIL conference hall

The maximum deadline provided by the project awner for the delivery of the supplies is one (01) Month

One Hundred and Sixty thousand 160 000 CFA francs a validity period Thirty 30 days from the date they opened
