The Cameroon Government (hereinafter called "Borrower" has received financing from the African Development Bank in the form of a "loan" and a grant toward the cost of the Grassfield Support Project for Rural Infrastructures and Participatory Development (Grassfield II) in the North West Region. The Grassfield Support Project for Rural Infrastructures and Participatory Development (Grassfield II) an implementing agency intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of this loan to eligible payments under the contractfor which this Requestfor Proposals is issued. Payments by the Bank will be made only at the request ofthe Grassfield II and upon approval by the Bank, and will be subject, in all respects, to the terms and conditions of the loan/grant agreement. The loan/grant agreement prohibits a withdrawal from the loan/grant account for the purpose ofany payment to persons or entities, or for any import of goods, if such payment or import, to the knowledge of the Bank, is prohibited by a decision of the United Nations Security council taken under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations. Other conditions of eligibility are mentioned in the Request for Proposals. No party other than the Cameroon Government shall derive any rights from the loan/grant agreement or have any claims to the proceeds of the loan/grant.

The Client now invites proposals to provide the following consulting services (hereinafter called 'Services'): realization of detailed studies of rural road infrastructures within the framework of the Projectfor the Development of Agricultural Value Chain (DPAVC) lot 1 in Moungo Division in the Litoral Region
