THE PRESIDENT OF THE SOUTH WEST REGIONAL EXECUTIVE COUNCIL
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of Law N02019/024 of the 24th December 2019, to institute the General
Code of Regional and Local Authorities;
Mindful of Decree N02018/366 of 20th lune 2018, to institute the PublicContract Code;
Mindful of Order N0000454/0/MINDEVEL OF 31th December 2020 to establishthe election of the President and Members of the Regional Executive Council following the maiden session of the South West Regional Assembly in the South West Region;
Mindful of Order No 413/A/MINMAP/SG/DAJ of the 21st December 2020creating Internai Tenders Board of Regions (RLAs)
Considering Joint Order, N°000031/ACTMINDDEVEL/MINFI of 31st March 2021 to Draft the Budgetary Calendar of Regional and Local Councils;
Considering Deliberation N°15/SWRA/2025 Bearing on the adoption of the 2025 Budget of the South West Regional Assembly;
Considering Regional Order N°0048/RO/G/GSWR/56/S.3/SG/DDR/CE3-DAESC of 05/02/2025 of the Governor of the South West Region, Representative of the State, to approve the 2025 budget of the South West Regional Assembly;
Considering the budgetary dispositions of the South West Regional Assembly for
the 2025 Financial year;
Considering Letter N°034/A/SVVRA/ITS of 09/06/25 on award proposais in respect of

N° 1, FOR THE SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF 44 SOLAR STREET LIGHTS IN KUPE MUANENGUBA DIVISION
N° 2, FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A SOLAR POWERED BORE-HOLE WITH OVERHEAD TANK AT KOSSALA 3
N° 3, THE CONSTRUCTION OF A PEDAGOGIC BLOCK OF EIGHT (08) CLASSROOMS, FOUR (04) OFFICES AND FOUR (04) TOILETS IN SOME SECONDARY SCHOOLS IN THE SWR IN TWO (02) LOTS
