MINDFUL of Decree Nº 2018/366 of 20/06/2018, to institute the new Public Contract Code;  

MINDFUL of Decree N^o. 2021/600 of 15/10/2021, appointing Mr. MENYONG Gilbert SUNDAY,

                   Senior Administrative Officer, as Senior Divisional Officer for Bui Division;

CONSIDERING Decision Nº 000335/CAB/MINMAP of 13/03/2023 appointing Mr. BAIJONG EZEKIEL

                           NDIFON, Chairman of the Bui Divisional Tenders Board;

CONSIDERING Calls for tenders:

 -Nº02/ONIT/PPRD/BDTB/2025 for the Rehabilitation of G.S Lip in Mbven Sub Division, Bui Division of the North West Region (Emergency Procedure) PPRD-2025;

-Nº 03/ONIT/PPRD/BDTB/2025 for the Equipment of G.S Lip in Mbven Sub Division, Bui Division of the North West Region (Emergency Procedure) PPRD-2025;

-Nº 04/ONIT/PPRD/BDTB/2025 for the Rehabilitation of G.B.H.S Kumbo, Bui Division of the North West Region (Emergency Procedure) PPRD-2025;

-Nº 05/ONIT/PPRD/BDTB/2025 for the Equipment of G.B.H.S Kumbo, Bui Division of the North West Region (Emergency Procedure) PPRD-2025;

CONSIDERING the Award Proposals contained in letter Nº 22/E26/BDTB/2025 of 19/06/2025 from

                        the Chairman  of the Bui Divisional Tenders  Board;

CONSIDERING the necessity of service;

HEREBY DECIDES AS FOLLOWS:
