The Director General of MIDENO (Contracting Authority) informs the Public and interested bidders that:
· Mindful of Decree Nº 81/350 of 13/08/81 (amended by Decree Nº 81/54 of 09/02/82) to set up the North West Development Authority (MIDENO);
· Mindful of Decree Nº 2018/791 of 14/12/2018 appointing Mr. Cletus Anye Matoyah as Director General of the North West Development Authority (MIDENO);
· Mindful of Decree No 2004/75 of 24/9/2004 instituting the Public Contracts Code;
· Mindful of Decree No 2018/366 of 20th June 2018 revising the Public Contracts Code;
· Mindful of correspondence No 94/MIDENO/B/5/21 of 28th March 2025 from the Director General of MIDENO (Project Owner) to the Honourable Minister Delegate at the Presidency in charge of public contracts requesting for authorisation to award some eleven (11) projects within the framework of the emergency project to combat food crisis in Cameroon PULCCA through mutual agreement;
· Mindful of correspondence No 02562-25/L/PR/MINMAP/SG/DGMAS/DMAG/CE2/CEA6 of 17th April 2025 from the Honourable Minister Delegate at the Presidency in charge of public contracts to the Director General of MIDENO (Project Owner) authorising the award of the eleven (11) projects for the acquisition and distribution of farm inputs through mutual agreement;
· Mindful of the launch of Restricted National Invitations to Tender No 250, 254, 268,264, 242, 238, 230, 234, 246 and 258/RNIT/PULCCA/MIDENO/B/13/84/2025 of 13th May 2025 for the acquisition and distribution of farm inputs to vulnerable farmers in the North West Region within the framework of the emergency project to combat food crisis in Cameroon PULCCA through mutual agreement;
· Considering Decision No 35/MIDENO/B/MITB/13/84 of 27th May 2025 bearing on the creation of an Adhoc Committee to evaluate the bids;
· Considering Memo No 325/MIDENO/B/MITB/13/84 of 6th June 2025 from the Chairman of the Adhoc Committee transmitting the report of the Adhoc Committee;
· Considering correspondence No 068/L/MITB/2025 of 28th June 2025 from the MIDENO Internal Tender Board to the Project Owner transmitting the award proposals;
