THE PRESIDENT OF THE STEERING COMMITTEE OF THE PPRD,

Mindful of the Constitution;

Mindful of Law N° 2018/011 of 11 July 2018 to lay down the Cameroon Code of Transparency and Good Governance in public finance management;

Mindful of Law N° 2018/012 of 11 July 2018 relating to fiscal regime of the State and other public entities;

Mindful of Law No. 2024/013 of 23 December 2024 the finance law of the Republic of Cameroon for the 2025 financial year;

Mindful of Decree No 2011/412 of 09 December 2011 reorganizing the Presidency of the Republic;

Mindful of Decree No 2011/408 of 09 December 2011 organizing the Government;

Mindful of Decree No 2013/271 of 05 August 2013 modifying and completing certain dispositions of Decree No 2012/074 of 08 March 2012 creating, organizing the functioning of Tenders Boards of public contracts;

Mindful of Decree No 2012/075 of 08 March 2012 creating the ministry of public contracts ;

Mindful of Decree No 2012/076 of 08 March 2012 modifying and completing certain dispositions of Decree  No 2001/075 of 08 March 2012 modifying and completing certain dispositions of Decree ; 

Mindful of Decree No 2018/366 of 20 June 2018 to institute the Public Contracts Code;

Mindful of Order No 075/CAB/PM of 30 July 2024 on the reorganization of Presidential Plan for the Reconstruction and Development of the North West and South West Regions;

Mindful of Order No 327/A/MINMAP of 14 November 2024 creating a Special Tenders Board within the Presidential Plan for the Reconstruction and Development of the North-West and South-West Regions;

Mindful of Order No 21/CAB/PM of 21 March 2024 to appoint the Chairman of the Pilot Committee of the Presidential Plan for the Reconstruction and Development of the North West and South West Regions;

Considering Open National Invitation to Tender n° 05/ONIT/PPRD/STB/2025 of 06/05/2025 for the rehabilitation of Nguti rural electrification project, Nguti Sub Division, Kupe Muanenguba Division, South West Region.

Considering the award proposal by the Special Tenders Board of the PPRD following letter NO00000070/2025/L/STB-PPRD NW-SW of 17 June 2025.

HEREBY DECIDES AS FOLLOWS:

Article 1: The enterprise cited below has been awarded the contract following Open National Invitation to Tender n° 05/ONIT/PPRD/STB/2025 of 06/05/2025 for the rehabilitation of Nguti rural electrification project, Nguti Sub Division, Kupe Muanenguba Division, South West Region. The award is as follows: 

Article 2: The contract forming the subject matter shall be financed by the 2025 Budget of the PPRD.

Article 3: The decision shall be registered and published in the public contracts logbook and wherever need be.
