-          Mindful of Decree No 81/350 of 13/8/81 (Amended by Decree No 82/54 of 9/2/82 to set up the North West Development Authority [MIDENO];

-          Mindful of Decree Nº 2018/791 of 14/12/2018 appointing Mr. Cletus Anye Matoyah as Director General of the North West Development Authority (MIDENO);

-          Mindful of Decree N^o 2018/366 of 20/6/2018 revising the Public Contracts Code;

-          Mindful of Circular N^o 00013995/C/MINFI of 31^st December 2024 bearing on the instructions relating to the execution of the Finance Laws, the monitoring and control of the execution of the budget of the State and other public entities for the 2025 fiscal year;

-          Considering the publication of Restricted National Invitation to Tender N^O 264/RNIT/PULCCA/MIDENO/MITB/13/84/2025 of 13^th  May 2025 for the acquisition and distribution of improved solanum potato seeds for farmers in Menchum Division.

-           Considering the evaluation, observations, recommendations and proposal for award from the Adhoc Committee;

-          Considering the publication of results N^o ……../MIDENO/B/MITB/13/84 of ………………………………..;

-          And considering the necessity of service;

HEREBY DECIDES AS FOLLOWS

Article 1: ALPHA OMEGA HOLDINGS, has been awarded the contract FOR THE ACQUISITION AND DISTRIBUTION OF IMPROVED SOLANUM POTATO SEEDS FOR FARMERS IN MENCHUM DIVISION, for the sum of ONE HUNDRED AND SIX MILLION TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND (106,200,000) FCFA VAT inclusive.

Article 2:   THE ACQUISITION AND DISTRIBUTION OF THE IMPROVED SOLANUM POTATO SEEDS shall be delivered within the duration of TW (02) Months from the date of notification to start the assignment.

         Article 3:    This Decision shall be registered and communicated wherever and whenever necessary
