- Mindful of Decree No 81/350 of 13/8/81 (Amended by Decree No 82/54 of 9/2/82 to set up the North West Development Authority [MIDENO];
- Mindful of Decree Nº 2018/791 of 14/12/2018 appointing Mr. Cletus Anye Matoyah as Director General of the North West Development Authority (MIDENO);
- Mindful of Decree No 2018/366 of 20/6/2018 revising the Public Contracts Code;
- Mindful of Circular No 00013995/C/MINFI of 31st December 2024 bearing on the instructions relating to the execution of the Finance Laws, the monitoring and control of the execution of the budget of the State and other public entities for the 2025 fiscal year;
- Considering the publication of Restricted National Invitation to Tender NO 246/RNIT/PULCCA/MIDENO/MITB/13/84/2025 of 13th May 2025 for the acquisition and distribution of fertiplus organic fertilizer (fertiplus 4-3-3 65 OM) for the cultivation of solanum potato
- Considering the evaluation, observations, recommendations and proposal for award from the Adhoc Committee;
- Considering the publication of results No ……../MIDENO/B/MITB/13/84 of ………………………………..;
- And considering the necessity of service;
HEREBY DECIDES AS FOLLOWS
Article 1:FORBAN AND SONS COMPANY LIMITED, has been awarded the contract FOR THE ACQUISITION AND DISTRIBUTION OF FERTIPLUS ORGANIC FERTILIZER (Fertiplus 4-3-3 65 OM) FOR THE CULTIVATION OF SOLANUM POTATO, for the sum of ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY FIVE MILLION THREE HUNDRED AND ONE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED (155,301,300) FCFA VAT inclusive.
Article 2: THE ACQUISITION AND DISTRIBUTION OF THE FERTIPLUS ORGANIC FERTILIZER (Fertiplus 4-3-3 65 OM) FOR THE CULTIVATION OF SOLANUM POTATO shall be delivered within the duration of TWO (02) Months from the date of notification to the assignment.
Article 3: This Decision shall be registered and communicated wherever and whenever necessary.
