The Quotation file may be acquired from the Tinto council Technical service upon presentation of a non-refundable treasury receipt of twenty thousand (20,000) francs CFA bearing the name of the company

Each offer or bid drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies including the original and six (06) copies n4urked as such in accordance with the prescriptions of the tender file should be submitted against a receipt at the Mayor of TINTO COUNCIL office not later than 22/04/2020 at 09 am local time and should carry the inscription:

The maximum deadline provided by the project owner for the delivery of the supplies is one (02) months

Bach bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first rate banking establishment approved by the MINFI of an amount of One hundred and sixty thousand (160,000) FCFA.

The opening of the bids in one phase shall be done on 22/04/2020 at 10 am in the Conference Hall of TINTO COUNCIL by the competent tenders' board.

Bids should be cost exclusive of value added taxes (VAT) and all taxes inclusive (ATI) and accompanied by the signed model tender if your bid is chosen.
