The State of Cameroon represented by the LOAD MAYOR OF TINTO COUNCIL, the Contracting Authority, hereby launches a request for quotation FOR THE SUPPLY OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT TO, HIC MBINJONG, UPPER BAYANG SUB-DIVISION

Participation in this invitation is open to registered qualified contractors of the Republic of Cameroon with financial ability, technical and professional expertise in medical equipment Supplies.

6.Consultation du Dossier New(Additif)

The Quotation file may be consulted in the Tinto Council office during working hours.

7.Acquisition du Dossier New(Additif)

The Quotation file may be acquired from the Tinto council Technical service upon presentation of a non-refundable treasury receipt of twenty thousand (20,000) francs CFA bearing the name of the company.

8.Remises des offres New(Additif)

Each offer or bid drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies including the original and six (06) copies marked as such in accordance with the prescriptions of the tender file should be submitted against a receipt at the Mayor of TINTO COUNCIL office not lacer than 22/04/2020. at 09 am local time and should carry the inscription:

 

9.Delai de Livraison New(Additif)

The maximum deadline provided by the project owner for the delivery of the supplies is one (02) months

10.Cautionnement Provisoire New(Additif)

Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first rate banking establishment approved by the MINFI of an amount of One hundred and sixty thousand (160,000) FCFA.

11.Recevabilité des Offres New(Additif)

Each offer or bid drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies including the original and six (06) copies marked as such in accordance with the prescriptions of the tender file should be submitted against a receipt at the Mayor of TINTO COUNCIL office not lacer than 22/04/2020. at 09 am local time and should carry the inscription:

The olTers or bids submitted after the stipulated deadline shall not be received.

12.Ouverture des Plis New(Additif)

The opening of the bids in one phase shall be done on 22/04/2020 at 10 am in the Conference Hall of TINTO COUNCIL by the competent tenders' board.

Only bidders may attend or be duly represented by a person of their choice, who has full knowledge of the file
