The missions of retaining office or group will be:

Mission 2: Sketch Studies and Draft Summary (Next the overall configuration of the program
proposed by the Contracting authority)
Mission 3: Proposed Draft Detailed studies (architectural plans, geotechnical, structural study and
bills calculation, detailed technical specification, quotation and estimated quantity, etc ...)
Mission 4: Project Execution of works (description of the works, detailed plans of structures,
construction methods environmentally, final costs, etc ....)
Mission 5: Tender documents for businesses, call Notice Packet offers and assistance to the award
of works contracts.
CONDITIONAL TRANCHE
Missions 6: Compiiance Review of the draft works Execution (POE) including verification and visa
execution studies made by entrepreneurs.
Mission 7: execution of works Branch.
Mission 8: Assistance in Scheduling, Management and Coordination of Construction
Mission 9: Support partial receptions operations, provisional and final.

Participation in this tender is open to Cameroonian rights of specialized companies in the architectural and technical studies.
The object benefits of this tender is funded by the Centre Pasteur of Cameroon, fiscal years 2016, 2017 and 2018.

The deadline for achieving the object of this consultation services, is detailed as follows:
- Missions 1 and 2; 2016, within three (03) months.
- Missions 3, 4 and 5; 2017, six (06) months.
- Missions 6, 7, 8 and 9; Year 2018, to be determined.

Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first class bank approved by the Ministry of Finance and Iisted in Exhibit 12 of the tender for a lump sum of 2,000,000 (two million ) FCFA; valid for ninety (90) days beyond the date of submission.
Subject to rejection, other administrative documents must imperatively be produced in originals or certified copies.
They must be dated less than three (03) months preceding the date of submission of bids or have been estabiished alter the signing date of the Tender Notice.
The opening of bids will be done in two phases, will be held December 22, 2016 at 3.00 p.m. by the Internai Procurement Commission of Markets Centre Pasteur of Cameroon.
Only bidders may attend the opening session or be represented by a person of their choice.
